LR Nordic Properties AB is the holding company for L&R’s direct investments in the Nordic and Russian region. LR Nordic Properties currently has direct property investments valued at some €300 million predominantly in Russia. Except for this London & Regional Group has indirect property investment in the Nordic and Russian region through the company’s 34% stake in the Northern European Properties listed on AIM, a market of the London Stock Exchange.
LR Nordic Properties AB (including LR REAM) employs approximately 30 staff located in Stockholm, Västerås, Moscow and St Petersburg.
